What began as an idea which then turned into the answer for an industry that lacked broker and marketing support, Realty ONE Group was launched by Founder and CEO Kuba Jewgieniew in 2005. Our entire team is dedicated to developing innovative yet practical solutions that allow us to adapt and take the lead in our industry so that our brokerage doesn’t just survive…it thrives!

Andrea Ximena Villarreal is a dynamic force in the world of real estate, renowned for her expertise and unwavering commitment to nurturing talent. Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Andrea's journey to becoming a leading figure in the Miami real estate scene is marked by a passion for growth and empowerment.

Ximena's dedication to excellence and her innate ability to connect with others quickly set her apart in the competitive Miami market. Specializing in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, she built a reputation as a trusted advisor, serving a diverse clientele ranging from Latin-American expatriates to individuals relocating from across the nation.

Yet, Ximena's ambitions didn't stop there. Recognizing the importance of cultivating talent and fostering growth within her brokerage, she embarked on a mission to build a team of exceptional real estate professionals. Through strategic recruitment efforts and the establishment of a robust Mentorship Program, Andrea transformed her brokerage, expanding its ranks from 35 agents to an impressive 100 in just one year.
